Located in the heart of Ibiza, just 2 km north of the town of San Antonio and just a few minutes away from the Cubanito Ibiza Suites hotel, Cala Gració is one of the most typical and representative coves of Ibiza. In this way, despite being quite close to the centre of San Antonio, Cala Gració does not suffer the consequences sometimes caused by overcrowding in tourism.
For this reason, this cove of fine sand and crystalline waters of 80 metres in length is an ideal choice to enjoy a quiet and peaceful day during your holidays in Ibiza. In addition, it is well connected by regular bus and ferry service, which is only a 15-minute walk from downtown San Antonio.
The safety and tranquillity of Cala Gració is complemented by an orography that undoubtedly invites you to bathe, as it is a deep cove with a fairly gentle slope, the waves and extreme currents are practically non-existent. In addition, this characteristic also makes it an excellent cove for the practice of all types of water activities, especially snorkeling.
Cala Gracioneta, a must if you are in Cala Gració
If you are visiting Cala Gració, a short walk along its coast is recommended, as this is the only way to reach the neighbouring cove, which is much smaller and has a name that describes it perfectly: Cala Gracioneta.
Thus, as its name describes, Cala Gracioneta is a tiny beach with characteristics similar to Cala Gració but with far fewer people, so privacy is more than assured in an area where stress is conspicuous by its absence. As if this were not enough, it is in this small cove where both the beach club and the emblematic Mambo Ibiza restaurant are located. Without a doubt, this is an incredible place to enjoy a fantastic cocktail while watching the typical Ibizan sunset.
